Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are applicable all books produced by Crescent Hill Books, LLC, (CHB).

CHB assumes all submitted artwork are the work and/or property of the designer or firm submitting the work. CHB will not be liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the contestant.

GRANT OF RIGHTS

By submitting digital files, you hereby grant the book publisher the right to reproduce the images in its forthcoming book, in all editions, revisions, and reprintings of the Book; in promotional materials thereto; and in all media which makes the Book available in visual form for reading; and as a contribution to other collected works in all such media. The submitter hereby confirms that (1) the information supplied is correct, (2) the submitter is either the sole owner of all rights to the work (and to any and all photographs, samples, and transparencies of the work being submitted) or has been authorized by the owner(s) of such rights to grant the rights herein granted, and (3) the publication of the work will not violate the rights of any third party. The submitter agrees that (1) he or she will not receive any direct financial compensation for granting these rights herein, (2) the submitter shall not hold the publisher or any of it's hired suppliers responsible for any errors and/or omissions.

Your Conduct

1. Your use of the Website is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including Netiquette.
2. You further agree not to gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems via the Website.
3. You agree not to upload or otherwise transmit through the Website any material that:
1. infringes on any third party rights; and
2. contains any virus or other harmful code that may change or disrupt the Website or any other user's equipment or software.

CHB neither endorses nor assumes any liability for the contents of any material uploaded or submitted by third party users of the Website. The Website acts only as a passive conduit for online storage of materials uploaded or submitted to the Website.

Copyright

No copyrighted material may be uploaded or submitted to any Website by anyone without the permission of the copyright owner or persons authorized by the copyright owner. You are solely responsible for obtaining all such necessary permission at your sole cost and expense before uploading any such material.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CHB, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, due to or arising out of your use of the Website or from the publication of the book, which cause direct or indirect damage or harm to you or to a third party.
